Canberra: Now heart attacks and strokes can be prevented to a great extent, thanks to a bio-optics diagnostic device developed by Australian National University (ANU) researchers. According to researchers, the device can identify imminent and dangerous blood clots before they form, potentially saving patients from experiencing stroke or heart attack,
