Full refund for passengers who missed train due to tractor parade: N Railways

New Delhi: The who are unable to reach stations and catch trains in area due to Farmers’ Tractor parade on Tuesday can apply for full refund upto 2100 hrs, the Northern Railways said.

“The passengers who are not able to reach stations and catch trains in Delhi area stations because of Kisan agitation, the passengers are requested to apply for full refund of all the trains departing from all the stations of Delhi area upto 2100 hrs today through TDR (ticket deposit receipt) and e TDR for e tickets. The instructions have been issued to all the stations in Delhi area Viz. New Delhi, Old Delhi, Nizamuddin, Anand Vihar, Safdarjung, Delhi Sarai Rohilla etc,” Deepak Kumar, CPRO, Northern said.
Violent clashes erupted today when a section of farmers decided to enter Delhi to register their protest against the three contentious farm laws, much ahead of the time they were granted permission by the Delhi police. So far one person has reportedly died. (UNI)
