Telangana SHOCKER! Woman Kills Husband By Injecting Toilet Cleaner To Him Through Cannula

crime news
Hyderabad: A shocking murder case has emerged from Telangana's Nizamabad district, where a woman has been accused of killing her husband by allegedly injecting toilet cleaner and an anaesthesia drug through a medical cannula while he was recovering from injuries.

The investigation began after the victim's mother lodged a complaint on July 1, raising suspicions over the death of her 35-year-old son, Prasanth, who had recently returned from a Gulf country. She told police she was unaware of his arrival in India or the circumstances surrounding his death on June 30, and described the incident as suspicious.

During the investigation, police gathered technical evidence and statements that allegedly revealed Prasanth's wife, Sandhya (32), was involved in an extramarital relationship with a man identified as Anil (35). Investigators claim the two believed Prasanth was an obstacle to their relationship and conspired to kill him.

According to police, the duo allegedly enlisted the help of another man, Venkata Sai, to execute the plan.

Investigators said Sai visited Prasanth's residence on June 29, allegedly made him consume a large quantity of alcohol, and later pushed him from the terrace of the building.

Although Prasanth sustained serious injuries in the fall, he survived. Police said Sandhya and Sai initially admitted him to a government hospital before shifting him to a private hospital. He was later brought back home. ALSO READ: Ketan Agarwal Murder: Siya-Chetan Googled Killing Methods, Rehearsed Crime Before Lohagad Fort Murder

Police allege that, after being encouraged by Anil, Sandhya injected toilet cleaner and an anaesthesia medicine into Prasanth through a cannula that had been inserted during his treatment. Investigators further claim she pushed him off the bed, leading to his death.

Sandhya, had undergone nurse training in the past, tried to pass off Prasanth’s death as a result of his deteriorating health following his fall from the terrace.

According to the police, all three accused confessed to their roles during the investigation. They have been arrested and produced before a local court, which remanded them to judicial custody.
