Mumbai: Mumbai Regional Congress Committee (MRCC) president Sanjay Nirupam has been placed under house arrest by the city police, till the completion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi programmes here today. The City police have asked Mr Nirupam, not to move out of his resident in a western suburb, till Prime
