New Delhi: The Supreme Court today issued notice to former Rashtriya Janata Dal Parliamentarian Mohammad Shahabuddin, and also rejected the interim stay on the bail granted to him by the Patna High Court order after hearing a plea filed by the victims father, challenging his bail in a murder case.
