Raveena shuts up a troll who commented on her elegant Sari

Mumbai: Raveena Tandon recently posted a picture of herself in sari on Twitter, with caption “A saree day, will be termed communal, Sanghi, Bhakt, Hindutva Icon? I say I love saree and think it is the most elegant”. A shot in foot kind of tweet, yes. And then it was inevitable that she was going to be trolled.

A user asked her, is this an attempt to make a comeback in movies or you are trying for a seat in election 2019? Later, The 42 year old actress clarified that it was not her motive to give the picture a communal color and apologized, but not before giving a befitting reply to the troll. (WD)
