Baazaar gets a lukewarm opening despite good reviews

Mumbai: Saif Ali Khan, Chitrangda Singh and Radhika Apte starrer Baazaar had a lukewarm opening at the box office despite good reviews. The movie based on the cut-throat competition of the stock market has collected 2.6 crores on Friday which is less than Badhaai Ho's collection (3.5), the movie which is running in the second week.

However other films fared up even worse. Sharman Joshi starrer Kashi collected 20 Lakhs. Rajkumar Rao and Nargis Fakri starrer 5 weddings were completely unnoticed and it earned only 10 lakhs. Dassehra had a similar start at box office.(WD)
