India logs 13,052 new COVID-19 cases

New Delhi: With the detection of 13,052 new Covid-19 cases during the past 24 hours, the total tally in the country has surged to 1,07,46,183, said the Union Health Ministry in its latest update on Sunday.

The country also witnessed 127 deaths, taking the death toll to 1,54,274. Active cases now stand at 1,04,23,125.

The country also registered 13,965 discharges, pushing the total number of recoveries to 1,04,23,125, read the data.

According to the ICMR, a total of 19,58,37,408 samples have so far been tested for the viral disease across the country, including 7,56,329 on Saturday. (UNI)
