PM Modi greets citizens on Eid

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday extended Eid greetings to the citizens.
 
"Eid Mubarak! May this day deepen the bonds of unity and harmony in our society," Mr Modi tweeted in the morning.
He also shared a sound cloud from his May 2018 'Mann Ki Baat radio programme' wherein he had underlined the role of festivals like Eid to ensure peace and harmony among the people.
 
In his radio broadcast, Mr Modi had hoped the grand and solemn festival will rekindle the spirit of unity and harmony among all. (UNI)
