New Delhi: Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Saturday questioned as to why was there no mention of 'Vikas' (development) in Prime Minister's Narendra Modi's speeches in poll-bound Gujarat. He was attacking Mr Modi and the BJP for not answering the ten questions raised by him on the 22-year report card of the Gujarat government.Taking to twitter, Rahul said, 'There has been a BJP government in Gujarat for the last 22 years. I would like to ask, why is it that 'Vikas' is missing from PM Modi 's speeches?

'I asked 10 questions on the report card in Gujarat but got no reply. There was no manifesto till the end of campaign for the first phase. So is 'speech the only governance ' in Gujarat? 'In the past ten days, Mr Gandhi has been posing one question a day to the PM on the state of affairs in Gujarat. (UNI)
