Mumbai: The Enforcement Directorate has issued summon to ex-Mumbai police chief Param Bir Singh in connection to the graft charges levelled by him against former Home Minister Anil Deshmukh, officials said on Friday.

They said 59-year-old Singh has been issued summon to appear before the investigating officer of the case in Mumbai and the senior IPS officer has sought some time to depose apparently owing to a health issue.

It was further said that Singh will be questioned and his statement will be recorded. (UNI)
