Mukul Roy joins BJP!

New Delhi, Nov 3 (UNI) In what was perceived as a shot in the arm for the BJP in West Bengal, former Trinamool Congress leader Mukul Roy on Friday joined the party.
 
Roy joined the party this evening in the presence of senior BJP leader and Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad and BJP general secretary and West Bengal in-charge, Kailash Vijayvargiya.
 
Welcoming the new entrant, Prasad said Roy's experience will come in handy for the Bharatiya Janata Party to expand its base in West Bengal.
