5.0 magnitude quake shakes Myanmar

New Delhi: A moderate intensity quake measuring 5 on the Richter scale, hit Myanmar this morning. According to a statement by the Indian Meteorological Department, the tremor jolted the region at 0752 hrs. Epicentered at 22.8 degrees North Latitude and 94.3 degrees east Longitude, its focal depth was measured at 90 Km. (UNI)
