Sensex down by 47.20 pts

Mumbai: The benchmark index of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday declined by 47.20 points to trade at 35,191.66 on brisk selling in banking,IT, Teck, realty, Metal, telecom and Healthcare stock

The Nifty too eased by 10.75 points to 10,474.35.The sensex registered intra day high and low at 34,861.26 and 34,765.79 points respectively. The Nifty registered day high and low at 10,503.65 and 10,440.55 respectively.The losers were Tata motors by 3.63 pc to Rs 179.20,Sun Pharma by 3.49 pc to Rs 569.00, Tata motorsdvr by 3.10 pc to Rs 97.90,

Heromotoco by 1.17 pc to Rs 2820.00 and Indus ind by 0.94 pc to Rs 1477.70.The gainers were Axis Bank by 0.97 pc to rs 612.10, Coal India by 0.87 to Rs 266.37, Asian Paints by 0.82 pc to Rs 1,286.06 M&M by 0.79 pc to Rs 786.05 and NTPC by 0.79 pc to Rs 154.00.(UNI)
