At least 15 people were killed after a powerful explosion ripped through an explosives manufacturing factory in Maharashtras Nagpur district on Sunday morning, police officials said.The blast occurred at the facility operated by SBL Energy Limited, located in Raulgaon village of Katol tehsil. The company manufactures mining and industrial explosives.According
