New Delhi: A terrorist linked to al-Qaeda, who was allegedly trying to escape to Nepal, has been arrested, police said today. According to reports, the terrorist, identified as Raza Ul Ahmed, is involved in a fake currency racket and is a member of Ansar Bangla - Bangladesh based terror outfit
