New Delhi: Cold waves continued to sweep across North India as dense fog engulfed Delhi and NCR on a chilly Thursday Morning ,affecting rail,road and air traffic here.Due to low visibility,60 trains were delayed, 18 rescheduled and 14 were cancelled while arrival and departure of several flights was also affected
