In another missive, Mr Modi extended good wishes to the people on the occasion of Basant Panchami and hoped that Goddess Saraswati should impart knowledge to the people.
The Prime Minister also extended birthday greetings to BJP leader and his ministerial colleague Prakash Javadekar and wrote: “He is widely admired for his down-to-earth and affable nature.
