Ram Setu case:Centre files affidavit in SC
New Delhi: Centre on Friday filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court in connection to Ram Setu (Adam's bridge) case. The Centre, in its affidavit, filed before the Apex Court on Friday, said that it won't remove Ram Setu.
The Centre on Friday filed the Ram Setu affidavit in connection with the plea filed by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader, Dr Subramaniam Swamy. The Centre, in its affidavit, said that it will explore alternative alignment without damaging the Adam's bridge/ Ramsetu in the "interest of nation". (UNI)
