Republic day violence: One more accused arrested
New Delhi:The Delhi police special on Wednesday said that it has arrested one more person in connection with the Red fort violence on the Republic day.The accused Ikbal Singh, who carried a bounty of Rs 50,000 on his head, was arrested by northern range of Special cell from Hoshiarpur district of Punjab on late Tuesday.
The 45-year-old Singh's arrest comes a day after the Punjabi actor-turned activist Deep Sidhu, who is also an accused in the Republic-Day violence, was arrested by the Delhi police.The police was on a look-out for Sidhu and Iqbal after they went missing following the January 26 incident.(UNI)
