New Delhi:The Supreme Court on Tuesday quashed its own earlier verdict by which guidelines were framed to prevent misuse of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocity) Act and by which automatic arrest on complaint filed under the Act was stopped. The Centre had filed the review petition, before the three-judge bench of
