Drugs case: Sushant Singh Rajput's flatmate Siddharth Pithani gets bail

Mumbai: The Bombay High Court on Monday granted bail to Siddharth Pithani, a friend of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput who was occupying a flat with him, for his alleged involvement in an illicit drug probe.

Justice Bharati Dangre directed Pithani to furnish a personal release Bond of Rs. 50,000 and warned him not to temper with the evidences against him. Pithani was recently chargesheeted by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

In his bail plea he contended that he had been in judicial custody from a long period.

Pithani was arrested by the NCB on May 28, last year. (UNI)
