First spooky debut on the cards for Jacqueline Fernandez

Actor Jacqueline Fernandez is poised to venture into the horror genre for the first time with an upcoming untitled feature that promises to blend scares with emotional depth and music.

A source close to the development revealed, “Jacqueline Fernandez was keen to explore the horror genre with the right script. What excited her about this film was its blend of horror, emotion, and music, making it a complete theatrical experience rather than just a genre film.”

While the “Kick” actress is headlining this yet-to-be-titled exciting project, two male actors have already been finalized opposite her. Details about the entire cast and director have been kept under wraps for now. Touted to be a complete theatrical package, the film will be produced by Khyati Madaan’s Not Out Entertainment on a grand scale. An announcement on the same can be expected soon.

Production is already underway, with a teaser and a promotional song having been filmed. The film is expected to go on floors by the end of this month, while the actors are currently busy in workshops.

On the work front, the actress was last seen in “Housefull 5”. She is now gearing up for the release of “Welcome To The Jungle”, slated to hit the screens on June 26.
