Korean Sci-Fi Thriller ‘Hope’ Set To Release In India On THIS Date
Mumbai: The highly anticipated Korean sci-fi thriller HOPE is set to release in Indian cinemas on October 23, 2026. The film, which was earlier scheduled for a September 25 release, was deferred to allow sufficient time for the requisite screening and certification process by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).
The film’s English version has been approved by the CBFC without any cuts, while the certification process for its Hindi, Tamil and Telugu dubbed versions is currently underway. The film’s worldwide release will continue through November 2026, with HOPE opening in the UK, Sweden, Switzerland and Ireland this week, followed by releases in Argentina, Germany, France and Spain in October, among other international markets.
The film has also registered a strong theatrical performance in the United States, having crossed USD 7 million in its US rollout, making it the highest-grossing Korean film in the US, according to its international box-office performance.
