The announcement coincided with Dixit’s 58th birthday. In the film, she plays Rekha, a mother already juggling life’s challenges when she is confronted with an unexpected crisis—a dead body in her kitchen.
She is joined by her daughters: Jaya (Dimri), the responsible one, and Sushma (Durgaa), the unpredictable wild card. Together, the trio must navigate the situation, outsmart suspicion, and keep inquisitive neighbours at bay while racing against time.
