Chennai:The Madras High Court has issued a notice to Oscar winning music composer AR Rahman in connection with a Income-Tax evasion case. On a plea filed by the IT department, a Division Bench of Justices T S Sivagnanam and V Bhavani Subbaroyan has issued notice to Rahman. In the
