Mumbai: The makers of 'Housefull 4' on Thursday announced that Bollywood actor  Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been roped in to play a pivotal role.
Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, the official handle of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment said,''This Diwali get ready for some KICKin fun & Housefull of entertainment, as @Nawazuddin_S joins the crazy #Housefull4 family Welcome back to the #NGEFamily@akshaykumar #SajidNadiadwala @farhad_samji @Riteishd @thedeol @kritisanon @hegdepooja @kriti_official @WardaNadiadwala''.
 
Directed by Farhad Samji, 'Housefull 4' features Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, Bobby Deol, Pooja Hegde, Riteish Deshmukh, and Kriti Kharbanda.The cast will reunite for the shoot this month-end.
 
The ensemble will be joined by Nawazuddin, who plays a baba living in a den with 300 disciples. Nawaz will make a special appearance in the song with all the six actors and around 500 back-up dancers.Nawazuddin's character, an exorcist, will introduce an important twist in the plot. 
 
The reincarnation comedy is divided between two eras with a major chunk shot in the UK. The past-life sequences were shot in Rajasthan.This marks Nawaz's reunion with producer Sajid Nadiadwala five years after Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez-starrer directorial debut, 'Kick'.
 
The film also features father-daughter duo of Johnny and Jamie Lever along with Chunky Panday and Rana Daggubati. The film is the fourth installment of 'Housefull'. The film is slated for a Diwali 2019 release in IMAX.(UNI)
