Kolhapur: Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan will present the national anthem in Sanketik Bhasha (sign language) with handicapped children of a local Chetana Handicapped Institution along with other disabled and handicapped institutions across the country, which a video-cassette will be unveiled in New Delhi tomorrow a union Human Resources minister Prakash
