Fresh COVID cases down below 1.5K mark & casuality in single digit
New Delhi: India recorded 1,326 new Covid-19 cases, the Health Ministry said on Monday.
The total caseload rose to 4,46,53,592 while the toll rose to 5,29,024 as 8 more succumbed to the disease.
On the other hand, 1,723 people recuperated from the disease, taking the tally to 4,41,06,656. The recovery rate stands at 98.78 per cent.The active caseload stands at 17,912, the figures showed.
As per the bulletin, 90.09 crore tests for Covid-19 have been done so far.India has administered 219.63 crore doses of Covid-19 vaccine so far under the ongoing nationwide vaccination drive.(UNI)
