Patna: The suspended BJP leader Manoj Baitha facing accusations of mowing down nine children surrendered before the police in Muzaffarpur late last night.Muzaffarpur senior police superintendent Vivek Kumar said that Mr Baitha surrendered in his office. He said that BJP leader, who had sustained serious injuries in the road mishap in which nine
