Aurangabad: President of Aurangabad branch of Indian Medical Association, Dr Santosh Ranjalkar, on Wednesday demanded that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should direct officials to file a case under the Epidemics Act against yoga exponent Baba Ramdev over his recent controversial statement on allopathy.In a meeting held at IMA's office here Wednesday, presided over by Dr Ranjalkar, all the IMA member-doctors condemned Baba Ramdev's statement and raised slogans against him.They demanded that the yoga guru should apologize for embarrassing doctors with his controversial statement.If the government fails to file a case against him, IMA and the allopathy-practising doctors will file a case against him.
