Kolhapur: There was tension in Kasba Bavada, a suburb of the city, following a matter glorifying Tipu Sultan being found written on Durga Daud Marg on Monday morning. However, police intervened quickly to bring the situation under control. Every year on this day a Durga Daud is organised
