Patna: Police seized old currency notes worth Rs 30 lakh from an under construction apartment and arrested a builder and his four associates under Agamkuan police station area here this morning. Patna Senior Police Superintendent Manu Maharaj said that old currency notes were seized from the under construction apartment following
