Akshay Kumar hospitalised after testing positive for COVID-19
Mumbai: Hindi film actor Akshay Kumar who had tested positive for COVID-19, said on Monday that he has been hospitalised as a precautionary measure.
Kumar wrote on Twitter, “Thank you everyone for your warm wishes and prayers, they seem to be working. I am doing fine, but as a precautionary measure under medical advice, I have been hospitalised.”
He further expressed confidence of returning home soon.
The 53-year-old actor had announced on April 4 that he had tested positive for the coronavirus, he had home quarantined himself after the diagnosis. (UNI)
