Padmavat,-Padman clash forces Aiyaary to postpone the release
Mumbai: When big players fight against each other, the small one leaves the field. Same has happened with Aiyaary . Siddharth Malohtra and Manoj Vajpayee Starrer Aiyyary was set to release on 26th January. It was earlier set to clash with Padman, but after the release date of Padmavati was announced, it had to postpone its release date to 9th February. That’s not all, the movies which were slated to be released on 9th February will also be postponed probably.
The shrinking screen space has forced the makers to shift the released date as Akshay Kumar has a good fan base who is playing the lead role in Padman. While Padmavt doesn’t require even a promotional event as it has made space in the prime time discussions, and much has been written about the movie. Now the clash is between Padmavat and Padman and it looks like the former has an upper hand. (WD)
