Two minor boys, aged 12 and 15, in Odisha’s Bolangir district have been booked for filming a life-threatening video while lying on railway tracks. The video was shot between Purnapani and Jharmunda railway stations. The East Coast Railway appealed to parents and teachers to counsel children against such reckless acts.
