Ananya Raj Dies at 35: 'The Final Exit' Actor Passes Away in Sleep
Actor Ananya Raj, known for her performances in films like The Final Exit, Ghost and 7 Hours To Go, has passed away at the age of 35. Her family announced that the actor died last month.
According to a statement shared by her family on Instagram, Ananya passed away peacefully in her sleep during the early hours of July 15. The announcement was made more than a month after her demise.
“With great pain, we have to announce that Ananya passed away in the wee hours of 15th July. She passed away peacefully in sleep,” the family said in the statement.
The family revealed that Ananya had been facing physical and mental health challenges for over a year. They have requested privacy as they grieve the loss.
Who was Ananya Raj?
Born on October 22, 1991, in Mumbai, Ananya Raj worked in both Hindi and regional cinema. She made her Bollywood debut with the 2016 film “7 Hours To Go”, marking her entry into the entertainment industry.
She later appeared in movies including “The Final Exit” and “Ghost”. Apart from Hindi films, Ananya was also part of regional projects such as the Telugu film “Thaggede Le” and the trilingual film “Madrasi Gang”.
The actor also featured in several music videos released by popular music labels including T-Series, Zee Music and Times Music.
